We stand behind every product we make and want you to be completely satisfied with your NiteLean purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be: – Purchased directly from NiteLean.com
– Returned within 90 days of the delivery date
– In its original packaging, with all contents included
Opened or partially used items are eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee, provided they are returned within the 90-day period.
2. Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@nitelean.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will not be granted for: – Orders returned without authorization
– Items not purchased through NiteLean.com
– Returns received after the 90-day period
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product or quantity, please initiate a return and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@nitelean.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll ship a replacement at no extra cost once verified.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or card provider first.
